Digital Mitford Prosopography Index

Description

TEI prosopography data from the Digital Mitford project, named entities involving historical people, organizations, places, publications, artworks, plant/animal species, as well as fictional characters discussed by Mary Russell Mitford and her correspondents, and referenced in her literary writings. A growing dataset, ~1500 distinct entries in 2017, more added as the archive grows and brings in more transcriptions and TEI code of letters and literary texts.
